Can you recommend any good hunting games in-?

either Wii or PC. Watched trailers for 'Super slam hunting Alaska' %26amp; 'Cabelas dangerous hunts". Seems it was mostly animals charging you. Looking for something where there's different environments (mountains, woods, etc.) and where I have to do the searching %26amp; stalking for the biggest trophy. Any recommendations ?
